Cancer Planning Toolkit
Description:
Advance care planning is an important aspect of care for someone dealing with a cancer diagnosis. To support public awareness about the importance of advance care planning, an information and resource toolkit was developed and is available through the Speak Up website. This toolkit has also been adapted into provincially based resources for Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador which can also be found at the link below.
