This website provides information on the 5 year research project “Improving End-of-Life Care in First Nations Communities: Generating a Theory of Change to Guide Program and Policy Development” led by Dr. Mary Lou Kelley, Lakehead University, along with seven co-investigators, in partnership with four First Nations communities – Peguis First Nation, Naotkamegwanning First Nation, Fort William First Nation, and Six Nations of the Grand River Territory.
